Chalet Al Foss Alp Resort is an adult-only (+16) hotel located in the north of Italy at Val di Sole only 2km from Vermiglio and three hours driving from Milan.

They are proud to say that they have 44 unique rooms with one thing in common, the panoramic view from the beautiful Presanella mountain.
At Chalet Al Foss, attention to detail is a must. The rooms are very modern and have an inviting decor. The outdoor infinity pool is one of the many highlights of this place. Very warm and provides perfect views of the mountains—a unique experience in this hotel in Europe with breathtaking views and amenities.

The owners are such lovely people, as well as all the staff at the hotel. They make you feel at home.
Chalet Al Foss provides many incredible and romantic options during your stay, including floating breakfast, floating aperitive, breakfast in a “snow’ bed, and breakfast with the lovelies Alpacas (Happy and Bernie)… Not a breakfast fan?
It’s ok.
They also have fantastic room service and different dinner types at the small chalets with ceilings covered in roses or heart balloons. These experiences are usually with 5-9 courses that will make you rethink a dinner experience’s meaning. It’s SO good.

The Cutest Alpacas at Chalet Al Foss – Romantic Hotel in Italy
Bernie & Happy are two permanent residents of Chalet Al Foss. They are the cutest Alpacas ever, and the good news is that you can interact with them!
Some activities you can book at Chalet Al Foss include having breakfast with the Alpacas. It’s honestly such a wonderful experience.
We have tried this twice, in two different venues at the hotel. Both were incredible, and both times, Luana wanted to bring the Alpacas home with her. #truestory The difference between these two times and venues was one took place during the Summer and the other during the Winter.
Another activity you can book with the Alpacas it’s exclusively during summertime when you can also go on a little hike with them in the forest at the back of the hotel.
Breathtaking
Chalet Al Foss is probably one of the most breathtaking places for a romantic stay. Absolute luxury with roses, balloons, champagne, and much more!
The place, the service, the food, the alpacas, everything is fantastic and 5 star. The only bad feeling was when we had to leave.
