How much do you love a Healthy Banana Bread Recipe? Right? Right?
Me too. I LOVE banana bread. What if I told you I have a low carb, no sugar, and still delicious recipe! How? Keep reading, and I’ll show you how to make this easy healthy banana bread (you can make it as muffins, too).
All you need (besides love) is:
Ripe Banana – 4
Eggs – 4
Coconut Oil – 1/2 Cup
Oats – 2 Cups
Magic baking Powder – 2 TBSP
Ground Cinnamon – 1 TBSP
Vanilla Extract – 1/2 TBSP
Sliced Almonds or Pecans- 1/2 cup
How to prepare:
1 – Cut the bananas and put them into a blender with the eggs and the coconut oil. Blend it for 2 minutes.
2 – Put the mix inside a large bowl and add oats, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix everything.
3 – Now it’s time to add magic baking powder and remix it. But don’t mix too much!!
4 – Put the mix into a medium cooking pan and top it off with almonds/pecans.
5 – Last but not least, put the mix in the oven at 350F (180ºC) for 35 minutes.
Voilà! Done!
