A Balanced Morning Routine is all about how do you feel it. I love to wake up in the morning and think there’s a whole new day ahead; we can do so much with it!

As you already know, the first thing I do every morning is drink hot water with lemon and apple cider vinegar.

I’ll leave on this post what benefits you get by drinking this first thing in the morning and the exact quantity you’re supposed to drink.

You will need:

  • Hot Water – 200ml
  • Apple Vinegar Cider – 1tbsp
  • Lemon – 1/2

Mix everything, and you are all set to have an excellent day.

Ps: If you don’t like the taste of apple cider vinegar (like Fred doesn’t), you can buy the apple cider vinegar in a capsule on Amazon or at the closest drugstore to you. 🙂
